Terms and conditions - Surprise Weekends

In addition to our general Terms and Conditions the following are valid when you book one of our Surprise Weekends.

1. The location of your stay will be communicated to you via email 7 days before departure.

2. It is not possible to modify the arrival date of your Surprise Weekend.

3. The location of your Surprise Weekend cannot be changed once it is revealed to you, except in exceptional circumstances. The implementation of a change request costs £50 per change per booking and is assessed on an individual basis. Please call or email our contact centre in this case.

4. Should you wish to cancel your booking, then standard cancellation costs apply.
